Oh, man - how can you resist it now? I am giving semi-serious thought to flight instruction for Xmas. In Texas, being able to fly from city to city would be a huge perq. So it is very tempting...if expensive...at any rate, if I ever do move on that dream, this would SO be in my arsenal...

I want to win the lottery (would help if I actually played I guess) so I could buy myself my own little Citation jet and get their quicker.
If you lived closer to me, I'd teach you. . . but I bet there's some good places near to you.
You will LOVE it. I did it for a living for a while, way back, now it's just for fun.
