Such as this little tidbit from Ed. Really? The Dept of Education needs 27 shotguns? First thing that came to me: "We have to protect our phony baloney jobs, gentlemen!"
The second thought was that perhaps someone thought it was a safe and quiet place to stash that little budget item.
